We came in before closing hours, and were still charged $250 for emergency service. The lady at the front desk has been extremely rude on several occasions. Today, we brought in one of our cats because he had gotten into a fight. She basically said that we did not take care of our cats, insinuating that his injury may have been self-inflicted due to non-treatment of ear mites. Our cats DO NOT have ear mites, he had just gotten into a fight. She is very rude and cocky. The vet I'm sure is good with animals, but he is never there. We WILL NOT be taking our cats back to Valley Vets. If she treats the customers this badly, it makes me wonder how they treat our beloved pets! BEWARE!!
