This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I really liked Dr. Pauli. He was very thorough in his exam ination of both of my GSH dogs. the 4 hear old maile was very receptive to him and the 5 month old pup was handled in such a way that sshe was not afraid of him or her 1st visit to the Vet. I aam planning on keeping DR. Pauli as my perment vet for both dogs. Mason
