I just got back from this place after taking a pre-employment drug test. When I arrived at 10 am the place was packed to the point that there was only one place left for me to sit. This is something I have come to expect from this sort of business. I had to wait a full hour, maybe a little more, to get called back but this is also to be expected since places like this do a whole lot more than the eCup drug screen I was there for and do not operate by appointments. After finally being called back the whole process for my drug screen took less than 5 minutes. The staff here seemed genuinely upbeat and friendly which *is* unusual for a place like this. I would also like to point out that while this was a UA I was taking they did not have a nurse follow me into the bathroom to watch. I have nothing to hide but have always found that practice to be disturbing, unnerving, weird, gross and freaky. All-in-all a positive experience.
