I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Fisher made the process of putting my baby to rest really easy. He didn't make me feel horrible about the choice that I had to make.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
