I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
