I made the appointment for my puppies on the 19th. They called on the 16th to change the time of the appointment. They let me sit in the lobby for 45 min. Then told me the puppies where to old for the dew claws to be removed and the tails docked. I am not happy with the vet. I should have been told about the age limit in advance.
