I had to bring in my granddaughter with serve side pain. I picked up my son. He had to carry her to the car due to her pain. We waited over an hour +. During the time we were waiting we could hear the nurses at the nurses station in the children's section, talking about how her GM said she couldn't walk but she walked the car. (Nurse) said that I'm not going to pick you up. Stating they want extra. First of all, who is they? I want to be treated with respect and with some kind decorum of professionalism. This isn't the first time that I've had problems with the remarks / statements from the nurses at Lutheran. When your sitting in a waiting room with the door closed waiting to see the doctor and you is totally can hear the nurses make derogatory remarks about your love ones is not acceptable. Two of my doctors have left Lutherans group. I'm leaving too. No one should be talked about, made fun of or anything, accept to get the best medical care allowed to all.
