Recent Reviews
The staff - including the vets - never bother to introduce themselves. I have seen two of the three vets and both are very arrogant, brusk and condenscending. Despite the fact that I've heard people who own a single dog or cat requring basic vet care say they liked this practice, my experiences were that they are not capable or willing to do anything more than the basics. I have switched vets and will never consider going back after the four disasterous visits I had there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was there to have my cat euthanized, difficult no matter how you do it. They sent me a sympathy card they all signed personally 2 weeks later, and I had never been there before. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return with my other pets.
