We have 2 dogs, and we've been using PHAH for a couple of months. One of our dogs has been seen by Dr. Barr multiple times, and the other is very healthy and other than annual vaccinations and quick checkups, she rarely needs to go to the vet. Dr. Barr is VERY knowledgable in Terrier breeds. She has been able to give us insight into things we never knew about our dog and her health. I have no problem bringing my dogs in to be seen by Dr. Barr. I would prefer the staff as a whole be more customer service oriented, but everyone is very professional at what they do. I've boarded our dogs here once when I had to leave on short notice, and while I believe that they treated our dogs well, at $50/day they could have done more to improve on the boarding experience. I DO NOT LIKE their policy on "check out time". Having to pick up my dogs by 11:00 AM (or I have to pay for an extra day) is a massive inconvenience to me working 8-5 M-F. If they would do more to improve on their customer service skills and boarding experience, they would get 5 stars all the way.
