Last evening our Miniature Australian Shepherd escaped through a side gate that had been left ajar by workers at the house. She is 4 years old but new to our family and not familiar with the area, We searched for hours last night and this morning I began to call a list of local vets to be on the look out just in case she had been injured The Animal Health Center was the first place I called. I talked with Jessie who was more than helpful and sympathetic, She took my information then called back within a few minutes. She had accessed a Face Book page for lost and found dogs in Middle Tn. She found our dog listed at the top. What a relief. She"d been taken to Animal Control. We do not go to this clinic. I just called it as it was one of the first on the list of many local clinics. Jessie went the extra mile for a stranger with nothing to gain except the welfare of our dog and a desire to help out. We dropped in later to thank her and found it to be a lovely, friendly place. I can't imagine but that this is a wonderful clinic and a wonderful place for compassionate and personal veterinary care. We have had a wonderful vet for over 20 years but should he not be available, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to take my dogs here.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
