I went up there to get my dogs ashes. I had to talk the main doctor which I really really didn't want to do. She was sorry. Ok red flag number 1, I know my person f up!!! What can I do to cover my ass. Then she tried to explain to me what the drug was. I told did the research on the drug. I has a petition and a class action lawsuit against the maker. Yet again I explained that she ate fine that morning. She mad that I didn't give her one more table spoon of soft cat salmon food in her bowl (ok she was 19 she can a little bit of soft cat food In her bowl). Then after the rimadrl vomiting and diarrhea. Then she didn't want to eat what so ever after that.

Red flag number 2!! She offered to me what can I do to make this right with you?? We'll absorb the cost of the cremation. I just wanted my dog back and to go home. He the doctor killed a service dog!! My cats and 10 foster cats miss her terribly. Friend to 5 neighborhoods just to skim the surface. I am too stunned at having to be in this facility to talk to her about this period!!!

Red flag number 3 she offered to call Pfizer who is the maker of the drug, who is getting sued for it right now, to have them explain how it works. It killed my dog. It class action lawsuit. There is a petition on the web. Aaahhhh what part of that didn't you understand??? Ok your a small practice. What does that have to do with your guy giving my dog this medication that should have never given to her with elevated liver enzymes to begin with??

Long story short this facility will not have me coming back. Period!!!!!!!! I was offered both the cremation cost and the what is the word I am looking for last visit cost back. I don't think my dog should have had a catheter in her she was very week her last day.
I seriously seriously doubt they will mail me the check for any of the cremation and the last visit!!! Our lives are forever altered because of this!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK UP THERE!!!

I suggest joining suit!!!
