Wonderful, hospitible staff. I had a very small cat... she didn't seem to gain any weight, although she was 2 years old. She had an extremely small frame and I was concerned about what the spaying process would do to her tiny body. The staff and Dr. Spindler were very understanding and introduced me to their laser procedure. It was much more gentle than traditional spaying surgery. They also suggested I start feeding my 2 year old cat Kitten Chow. She has since gained 5 lbs and is a very loving, healthy 5 year old now. Couldn't be more happy with this clinic! :)

This had been my cat's vet for 4 years then when my cat was hit by a car i took here to have them try to mend her, they called me at min. everymorning to let me know how she was and i visited her everynight. They took the time whatever time I came in and gave me one of their 3 rooms to let me visit her and never rushed me. I truly believe that they did all they could and gave her the best care possible. After 3 days when our cat starting to decline and we had decided it would be best to euthanize her because she was in so much pain . They let me say my good bye's ( which took a while) and were so caring and understanding and I was not rushed. They were truly amazing in every possible way , and sent us a card.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes everything was neat and sterile
