I had a great experience at Dr. Songer's office, the office staff was so pleasant and Dr. Songer was great with my daughter. He took the time to listen to her problems, explained in great detail what is going to help her improve overall health.She loves Dr. Songer, they have built a great relationship over the past few months. My daughter also has ADHD, Dr. Songer has helped me and her make different decisions with her medication. Give the office a call, they are an amazing office..

First Visit. Chose Dr. Songer due to location. Called to set appt for my son. Dr. answered phone and just said "Hello". Thought I had wrong number, Should've known. Gave him ins info and he said he worked with it. "No problem". Told him ins did not req referral and has $15 copay. Day of the appt I get a call from my son. PROBLEM. My son already had his appt and needed me to meet him at the office. I get there and I'm told the appt was $370.00 and my son was expected to pay $87.00 that would be refunded when and if my ins pays. I asked why I wasn't told this when I set the appt and he said "You didn't ask" Actually I did! I asked why he didn't tell my son before he saw him and he said "I forgot". Unfortunately, I had a meltdown in his office, Wrote a check, threw pen and stormed out. 1 hr later get call from doctor. Says spoke w/his ins person. Was only supposed to chg $15. Really? He agreed to shred check but said my son should find a new doctor. I think that goes without saying!!!
