On average our staff has been with the practice for 10 years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
