They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I had to wait an entire hour in the room, then had to wait another 25 minutes for them to return with vaccinations. It is usually a 1 1/2 hour wait. I have also called for nurse and they don't return calls. I had to call back at least 3 times.

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I asked them if they could fax me a school excuse for my grandson they never did, But, when I went my the office they had it on someone desk.
