They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I will never ever go to this place for care for my pet. We took our puppy to Dr. Jennifer Olive and she was the most uncaring doctor that I have ever met! She did not do anything to help our pet and she could have died. She wouldn't care for her at all and suggested we take her back to the breeder and use our guarantee! She is the worst and she shouldn't have a license to practice. I have read that she is a good vet for cats but I would say then stick to them and don't work on dogs because she is terrible. Terrible service, terrible attitudes but go to Northview Animal Clinic and they are the best caring vets around. They helped her regardless of what she said because she was all for the money! I wanted my money back but of course the other Dr. Martti said she followed everything that she was suppose to do and wouldn't refund our money. They will have a lawsuit coming shortly because Dr. Olive would have killed my pet if we didn't take her to the other vet immediately. She would be gone now! I would think twice about going there regardless of what people say otherwise.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
