If you are financially able to see any other provider, please do so and avoid Oktibbeha Co. Health dept. at all costs. They have a severe problem with overbooking. I've had appointments at a certain time only to show up to an overcrowded waiting room with several people having the same appointment time. The desk staff is often rude and short as if you're bothering them, both in person and on the phone. Recently I was told I missed 2 appointments, yet they never even sent me any notice of these appointments and made it seem like somehow it was my fault. Definitely not happy with the service here and would not recommend them to anyone.
