OUSTANDING SERVICE! Came down with a Sinus Infection while staying in West Yellowstone on Friday. Went to Silvertip Pharmacies to get behind the counter Sudafed and standard Mucinex-DM. The young male pharmacist stopped what he was doing to check on interactions for me. Excellent Service From Him.
Had to go see the doctor at Community Health Partners - West Yellowstone Medical Clinic at 9 AM on Saturday. Two prescriptions were called into Silvertip Pharmacies. I had to wait onto Monday morning at 9 AM as Silvertip is closed weekends.
Had the Extreme Bad Misfortune to have an older woman pharmacist working on Monday. This female was the Biggest pile of APATHY I have ever encountered outside of a post office.
Explained I was leaving town immediately. She was totally indifferent and told me to come back in 2 hours and she had just started working and had to see how many prescriptions where ahead of me. I tried asking an again and was told NO.
Called back from the motel room 15 minutes latter got the same woman. Begged her to move me prescription to the front so that we could leave town. Got a flat-out NO.
Went back to Community Health Partners. They called Silvertip Pharmacies on my behalf and got the same answer…NO! Community Health Partners (OUSTANDING PEOPLE) then did a conference phone call with CVS in Jackson Hole WY and Silvertip Pharmacies to transfer my prescriptions. This by itself took more time then filling my prescriptions.
Got to CVS in Jackson Hole WY to pick up prescriptions. Was told by CVS pharmacist that the woman at Silvertip Pharmacies had not forwarded all the information so she called back to Silvertip Pharmacies and was able to get some of the information. She was then forced to call Community Health Partners to get dosage amount, who many times a day and how many days of treatment ( basic information of a prescription)
West Yellowstone will be a much better place when Community Health Partners open their in- house pharmacy! These people really care.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality care I received at WYCHP Clinic in West Yellowstone. The receptionist, Dawn, was helpful from the first phone call through the check out process. She is well acquainted with other services available in this small, rural town.
I had hoped to see a female practitioner, and there is one available. I was very pleased with the exam and services provided by the PA-C. even though he was a man. He has had many years of experience in the medical field, has good listening skills, and a broad base of knowledge. My experience with WYCHP Clinic was very positive and I will go there again.
