The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt immediately welcomed. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
