Was in emergency sept 16 for heart failure laid on bed in hallway on diuretic injection peeing in bottle for over six hours finally got a curtained space ,woke up at 2 am. Thought I was falling out of bed and it was a dream that day a physical therapy girl came in and wanted to see me walk and I told her no so she went whining to the so called doctor and got him to send me to sage creak inpatient therapy without asking me if I wanted to go when I finally got out of there and got home my cardiologist nurse call and wanted to where I had been because my bedside monitor was not monitoring me for a couple weeks and said at 2am. On the 17 Th my pacemaker difbrulater went off no one ever came in or ever mentioned it had bruises from hitting bed rails , then tried to get medical records and the hospital turned me over to Verisma they handle the medical records I had requested they were to be mailed to me I opened they’re website and it only showed one page out of seven and said that after do that I would not be getting them mailed I have email Verisma with no reply and tried to call many times on hold each time over half an hr, with no answer
