They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They genuinely care about everyone who comes into their office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
