They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
