I brought my cat here to be neutered. I have to admit he is fairly aggressive with strangers, so I understand there may have been issued with that but they sent him home after only having been there for less than two hours (when I had originally been told he would be in for about 4-6 hours). Not only did they send him home hours early while he was still clearly under anesthetic, but they did not notify me at all that he wouldn't be able to walk straight, would not be able to recognize me or if he was able to jump like normal or not. The only after care instructions I got were to give him pain needs twice daily. Obviously when I got him home I freaked out when I saw what state he was in and immediately called and they then informed me that is normal for being so soon after surgery. Also I then realized that after they had finished operating on him they put him right back into his cat carrier and let him urinate all over himself and then sit in it for at least an hour. I will absolutely never bring any animal here ever again, no matter the circumstances. I feel that they have a total lack of care or respect for the pets that are brought into them. I know my mother also had an issue with them because she used to bring her small dog in there for grooming until they cut her with the clippers (and it never looked very good either).
