They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
