I was given a greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged but I had a feeling that what they were showing outward was not their true thoughts. They made no effort to make me feel special, quite the contrary they were making an effort to belittle me as if my pain was of no significance. I certainly don't think they appreciate my past loyalty to them, and knowing that I am a senior that lived alone they sent me home without any effort to treat me. No they didn't display their qualifications. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there even though it is difficult to go over a several week history while not feeling well . Their office was well organized and clean but their are more important things to consider in choosing a clinic. Mainly caring and making and effort to address your problems.
