I strongly advise everyone do not visit this "medical" facility. Last May (2022) I went for an annual exam and it took 2 weeks and visits to complete the exam. When they filed the insurance claims, they provided the wrong product codes to BCBS. As an employee of wells fargo, annual exams are covered 100%. I tried on multiple occasions to get them to re- file the claims correctly. Unfortunately, they failed to correct their mistakes and as a result I paid out of pocket $341.00 to labtech for blood work. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and also am going to file a lawsuit to get my money back. The staff is totally incompetent and not to be trusted
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
