I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The doctor himself is great and the nurses working with patients are good, but the office staff leaves something to be desired. Dr. Whitney is very straight forward with his answers and answers all my questions. He takes all the time I need and does not rush me.
