If you want practical, quality care for a reasonable price, take your pet to Dr. Basinski. This man is straight up and has an old school style. While another hospital will razzle and dazzle you with their ultra sounds and xrays and then give you a 2 thousand dollar bill, Dr Basinski uses old fashioned techniques that get the job done without unnecessary costs. He can look at your pets labs (blood and urine) and with a thorough physical exam, he can give you practical diagnoses of your pet just because he is that good. The thing that I loved MOST about his practice is that he is REAL with clients and will avoid that which is unnecessary based on his medical expertise and focus on what is practical. This doctor literally SAVED my cat who was quite literally on the brink of death. I did not even know if my cat would make it in the car ride from the hospital to the clinic. Two hours later, my cat made a DRAMATIC improvement. I had taken my cat to the er earlier that day (at 5am) and they were not able to accomplish what Dr. Basinski did which was effectively diagnose my cat with just lab work and physical examniation and stabalize my cat so that she could breathe appropriately without wheezing and gasping for air. If you want excellent service with someone who will be honest and charge you for only what you need, this is the vet for you.

They were not friendly to my pet at all. They were cold and seemed to really scare my poor furry friend. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.
