I am not impressed with the workers in the Ovid office. They make you feel as if you NEED medication. Dr. Saadi is the worst. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.
