They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
