It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
