Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Great clinic!!
