I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
