Been useing them for 9yrs as did the rescue shelter I volunteered at for years till she retired who ever anonymous is has never been there ever. They should go visit the place,and pardon me but if after they actually visit the place and just sit and watch and listen as folks come in with their pets or pick up their pets and don't change their review and their opinion they are obviously brain damaged possibly severely and need medical help . Benny and the vets are fantastic people they care they educate they understand (understanding me is difficult) they empathize they truly want to help the whole animal that includes home family all of it .they are a rare commodity in the world today. We are lucky to have them as are our pets. They deserve more than 5 stars

Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures

No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant
