Our family has used this facility twicw for boarding. The first time was excellent - the ladies were friendly, DeeDee at front desk friendly explainedeverything. When our dog got sick they called to inform us and asked to give him something (separation attacks). This last visit was not a good experience. The front desk lady, Christy, was rude, both when I dropped him off and picked him up. THEN she starts adding charges left & right, "you weren't charged for your tags last visit" - we were i had the receipt with in his medical file but she insisted was wrong, "he was a little heavier than last time" (2 lbs !!!) then he had thrown up once- instead of calling to verify giving him meds they just gave it to him-when i questioned this, she got very rude I must have gotten ahold of your husband (we were together and did not) she pointed they had a clause in boarding agreement they could do what they deemed necessary in emergency - so she didn't have to call she said .......... in total almost $30+ in additional charges.
I think if the rude & charge happy Christy is replaced we will go back. We have another trip coming up and need to board our dog, guess we need to talk with the vet - the back ladies were awesome with our dog.
To Dr's- watch her ! you are going to lose business. She doesn't seem people or pet friendly !!!!!
