I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
