These guys are REALLY nice. I travel a bout 150 miles for all our appointments. When my dog needed additional care that involved a longer stay, they located hotels around the area, printed driving directions, and helped with the reservation. Fantastic. They are also very aware of the timing when he has to stay for pressure checks, I get on the hiway before rush hour traffic and head West. Dr. Nadelstein has always explained everything that is happening to my dog. The dog has had one eye removed and Dr. Brad has been working on the other one for 2 years. They are terrific people. And they send meds whenever I call and order.
