They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. this very last visit that I had no other choice but to go to MCG ER. I am a veteran. and the VA had a full house. I do not appreciate be harassed over a medical bill. really now. how many phones does it take? (3) times. to actually get things straighten out. I will not tolerate any further phone calls. next phone I receive I will be headed to a lawyers office. not to mention that I am still trying to get back on feet after a bad fall. the medical staff admitted me. and turned around and was ready to through me out the door. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone that I know period. prior to my last visit to this ER. I do not recall having this type of issues period. I could not walk. really now. and the staff was very rude to my wife. some people do not need to work in the medical field. I do not wish to be contacted whatsoever. the ER staff needs to be reviewed for the way the treat patients and there spouses.
