It smells of urine and I don t think they disinfect enough. My parent acquired Mersa and C-diff while there. The food is horrible. Worse than prison food I was told by a prison guard that that his dad there. All they care about is money. They don t care about the people. I saw a lot of depressed people living there. It is drab and lifeless. The residents are not allowed to sit outside in nice weather without staff and there is never enough staff. They are forced to stay inside breathing piss smells. On top of all this my parents clothing was stolen on a regular basis. We bought nice clothes and they were never returned from laundry. I would never recommend Countryside to anyone.
