There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but
I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
