Never go to this ER EVER!! I came in to see a Dr. at 6:00 PM and was not released until 2:00 AM for sciatica. I received a note saying I can go back to work in 2 days but would not give me the proper note saying no restrictions which I need to go back to work. They said I have to see my primary care doctor. I don't have one!! How the hell can a ER doctor say I can go back to work but I can't go back to work! He is a DOCTOR. Other professionals have said they never heard of such a thing. So do I lose my job because of this idiot place?
