I have had to come here when my pets needed emergency services. The Staff is wonderful in explaining what needs to happen or what will happen. When I was stressed out, they were calming and caring. I have had to put my pets to sleep. It was a guilt ridden experience. But the vet and staff were respectful and caring, even when I felt awful about Euthanizing the pet. I love them and appreciate them being there when I have felt my worst about my pet's health.
In reference to a vet that works at this clinic, also note the clinic only works on cats and dogs: My one run in with this vet(Dr. Alan E. Ledis) is when my 2 dogs got loose during the hurricane(fence was knocked down by tree), and they killed 3 of his chickens, after apologizing over and over, he threatened to kill (shoot)my 2 dogs for killing his 3 chickens. And then took one injured one to his clinic and racked up a $583 bill only to bill me for it, when I offered two replace all the chickens that were killed or mamed. As someone in financial trouble with 2 small children this is not something I can afford. Never met a vet who would kill two 3yr old dogs over chickens valued at $2.50/pc.
