They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They always explain all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything is explained in detail, and when available, I have received additional printed material along with verbal instruction. This in depth consultation greatly lessens any apprehension about choosing a treatment plan. The costs of my previous treatments are quite reasonable when considering my health.Without good health, the quality of life deteriorates and none of us want that ! I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. In the 20 or so years I've been Dr. Hooper's patient, I have yet to have an appointment delayed or cancelled. One day prior to an appointment,the office personal call with a reminder. The ladies that organize, do scheduling, field phone calls etc are polite and always respectful.
They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and that is much appreciated. Waiting times are minimal - I don't think I've ever waited over 10 minutes.
Another aspect of great care is the fact that if Dr. Hooper has any diagnostic suspicions, I know he will reccomend a specialist. This also is of great value to me. My family and friends know that I like and trust my doctor ...
