The nurse practitioner (Sandra Jonette Jones, License No: 1-044795) had been under investigation for extremely questionable practice. But is seen since she doesn't have a doctor over her she is resolve of the responsibility. The Investigator words were she just a nurse practitioner. So remember if she kills or hurts you or a loved one she just a nurse practitioner. Please I urging everyone to try and find another doctor I know its hard. I had to go to Decatur to find another one that would take adult Medicaid. and I know its worst if your low income. But their still Good Samaritan and Cullman Regional has the Charity Care. Thank You for your time and Please pass this all residents of Cullman City & County
They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
