The wait was ridiculous - just to check in I had to stand in line for 20 minutes and this is not feeling well in the first place. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They all seem rushed and flustered - this has been true the last two or three times I have been there.

Even when you call for an appointment it takes 10 -15 minutes on hold and they NEVER seem to have appointments available even when a family member is sick.

Although I liked the Doctor he seemed rushed and didn't really help me at all.

I have been going here for a few years and it has gone downhill - I think they have taken on too many patients, overbook and are not organised like they used to be -seems to have changed when Norton took over.

I am finding a new Doctor
