They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They made fun of how much my co-pay was, and it wasn't even outragous. While I was waiting in the waiting room for my 4:00 appointment, when they close at 5, the receptionist turned all the lights off and closed all the blinds and locked the door, mind you while I was sitting there waiting to see the doctor. I also scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule and they refused to let me reschedule and now are refusing to see me. Everytime I tried calling them during the business hours that are posted on their website, I always went to the recording and no one would call me back.
