I like it there. I do recommend them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, my pets like it there. The cost may seem high to some, but to me, it is less than I have paid for worse service. I guess you get what you pay for! And it doesn't stink!- ok, once it smelled a bit when there were many animals waiting. And being as they are an er clinic too, sometimes have to wait. But I would want them to take time with mine if an emergency arose! I love how the whole staff loves on my babies!

Would not recommend this vet. The main vet is hardly ever on time and acts like she's distracted and doesn't want to be there. She doesn't listen well and cuts you short. I've only seen the other vet a couple times but she seems to be overwhelmed by appointments. The staff seems to change all the time, like they can't keep people. What people are there seem like they really don't know what they are doing or are running around like chickens, no organization. Calls I was suppose to get about treatments or blood work never came or were hours or days after they said they would. And calls are hardly ever from the Dr so any questions have to be passed on and then you're left waiting for a phone call again!
