They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
