My experience w9 Apria has not been good thus far. The respiratory therapist came to my home - arriving late after I'd explained to the customer service person that I had a short window of time due to an appointment a bit later. So he brought the cpap and showed me how to assemble the hose, nasal piece and headgear/straps. So fast forward to a few days later when I had to wash and dry the hose and nasal piece. No problem taking things apart. There ends my skill with this equipment! Earlier that week I'd called Apria to speak to the RT. He was out with another client so I asked them to have him call me. I never did get a call back. A week later I called the customer service nimber which is located off shore. So after a fashion it was determined I need a chin strap which they will send me. I have reassembled my equipment so to speak. However today I am taking said equipment into Apria in fife WA for a refresher course on the reassmbly. Good luck to me!
