My interactions with LinCare in Harrisonburg involve my entire family’s needs. As a nurse, I appreciate the extra attention the staff pays to helping me with the difficult job of navigating our medical and insurance needs. Without exception, the folks in this office, especially Skyler and Dana, RT, have dug in and helped solve the puzzles and problems involved in accessing our special care needs. Whether keeping up communication to assure a quick turnaround for the requirements to be met for equipment and supplies, or scheduling delivery with knowledgeable care providers, they have exceeded even my expectations for stellar customer service. They have certainly lightened my workload as the coordinator for all the care needs of the household. In this role, I am only too aware of how rare this level of service is. Your team’s excellence is only exceeded by our appreciation and gratitude.
